Future Histories: Celebrating The Scottish Diaspora was developed during Ajamu’s residency at Street Level Photoworks. The portraits consist of African, Caribbean and people of Black Scottish descent living and working in Scotland. The portraits forms part of his ongoing artistic and theoretical engagement with photography, cultural heritage, diversity and representation.
Ajamu will give a short guided talk on his work on Saturday 20th October at 3.30pm
